I'm very excited for this shorter than usual guide to self upliftment...
This is an idea stemmed from a speech by Brendan Burchard, and it resonated with me because sometimes when in stress, I can spiral into all the negative what if's and get stuck there. This book is to uplift and shift us when we are caught in negativity, or fear.
Here we come up with positives to shift our thinking, and tools to calm and reset our nervous system, and eventually life. With retraining of our automatic stress programing, this book turns our spiraling to the light!

Living A Life of Unconditional Love: How to Get It, Grow It, Keep It and Share It
What if you listened to the warning bells of your body and took time to restore, recalibrate, and relax before something more catastrophic demanded it?
What trouble might you save yourself?
P.S. What if you always listened to your body and honored its messages? What would your relationship be like then?
What if exposing my vulnerabilities is what heals them?
P.S. What if they were never really vulnerabilities at all and it was simply my perception, and I was seeing it backwards…what if they were actually my strengths?
What if I believed all of my creations were a result of my choices?
P.S. What if I used this power for good?
What if the bounty of this summer unleashes within me, the sense of freedom I have always wanted...if I let it?
P.S. What if I could carry that with me always and know I am absolutely free!?
What if feeling sadness or loss is an opportunity to discover something deeper about yourself. And what if that awareness is just what you need to unlock something meaningful in your life?
PS... What if all emotions were accepted and seen as paths to growth and understanding?
What if the biggest challenge in your life right now disappeared? Can you name that challenge? And if it disappeared, how long would you feel relief before worrying about the next challenge?PS... It takes just as much energy to worry as it does to hope or act.
What if your life could be filled with amazing love whether you're in a relationship or not? And what if knowing that all love begins with self love is all you ever need to know?
PS... Go look in a mirror at your beautiful self, and send some love to feel some love.
What if this is the year you get everything right, turn your dreams into gold, and be your best self yet?
PS... What if you knew you were already getting everything right...because you can't get it wrong?
What if I am calm and actually enjoy this holiday season? What if the festivities fill me with fun, and heal my soul a little, and I savor every moment?
PS... What if we look more into this savoring every moment thing?
What if all the people in your life are earth angels, sent by you, to help actualize your soul's most desired experiences?
PS... What if the most difficult people in your life are your most valuable teachers of love?
What if every good thought you have and every good thing you say or do really does come back to you ten fold?
PS... What if its one-hundred fold? ;)
